Are Bella Fascini brand beads, stoppers, and bracelets compatible with Pandora and other brands?

Yes, all Bella Fascini products are designed to fit and be fully interchangeable with other European Charm Bracelet brands.  This universal fit includes Pandora, Ohm Beads, and many other brands producing these styles.  Please contact us if you have specific questions in this regard.

Is Bella Fascini jewelry made with solid Sterling Silver?

All of our jewelry is finely crafted from the highest quality materials and are solid 925 Sterling Silver, never plated.

Where are Bella Fascini stores located?

We are an e-commerce company and our products ship directly to you.

How is Sales Tax calculated?

State law requires that internet retailers collect sales tax for states in which they reside. Bella Fascini® resides in Oregon where there is no Sales Tax; therefore NO Sales Tax is collected.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

What you should know about Care, Cleaning and Storage:

Oxidation emphasizes the detail of silver bead charms.  Exposing your beads to chemicals commonly found in chlorinated water and liquid silver polish can remove or dull oxidation, altering their appearance.

To clean your Silver beads we recommend using a soft jeweler’s cloth to gently polish them regularly.

For beads containing Bella Lux Color Enamel:  Avoid contact with hard surfaces, as with any glass, enamel can chip or crack if reasonable force is applied.  To clean, wipe with a soft, very slightly moist cloth, and then dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.

When beads are not in use, we suggest storing them in small zip-lock bags and/or in a clean, dry, tarnish-resistant box or pouch away from heat sources and sunlight.
